Job Description

The BDR will be instrumental in the sales cycle, providing the engine that builds our pipeline and drives the early stages of the sales process. The BDRs goal is to work to fill our pipeline with qualified leads and that those leads are thoughtfully managed. We are looking for an experienced BDR who wants to grow with our team and embrace the opportunity.
• Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries, and work with program-generated leads
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to run campaigns to strategic groups
• Research and identify new leads for the Sales Directors to prospect. Discover strategic information for target accounts and add the appropriate information into the Salesforce records.
• Maintain active engagement with new prospects and customers through a variety of outreach strategies
• Meet monthly quotas of meetings and sourced qualified opportunities
• Build account development strategies to thoughtfully approach prospects about opportunities to improve their leasing process and workflow
• Understand the LeasePilot platform, value proposition and competitive landscape
• Track, record, manage, and maintain sales activities utilizing LeasePilot’s Salesforce instance and Hubspot marketing tools

Requirements

• 1-2 years of B2B SaaS BDR experience
• Strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong researching skills using various tools including social media, telephone and ZoomInfo and online investigation
• Genuine curiosity, enthusiastic and energetic attitude
• Quick learner, self starter, and problem solver
• Goal and detail oriented
• Knowledge or prior experience of commercial real estate a plus
