Job Description

The rapid growth of our business has created an opening for a motivated Inside Sales Account Executive calling into a variety of industries and building new relationships with VP to C-level executives. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales, is based in our headquarters located on the Cambridge/Somerville line, and includes base salary, commissions, benefits package and stock options. The role is primarily inside with minimal travel. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating new business through prospecting, marketing-driven leads and/or expanding into existing accounts.
• Working with marketing to jointly develop creative targeted campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Utilizing web-based presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, customers and partners.
• Managing a sales process that includes a fee-based proof of concept (pilot), successfully leading to an annual SaaS subscription.


• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of B2B software or service sales experience, and 2+ years of consistent quota achievement
• Cloud/SaaS software sales experience a plus.
• Experience with web-based prospecting and software applications, such as LinkedIn,, GoToWebinar, etc.
• Ability to manage the business and technical requirements of Enterprise Accounts.
• Ability to focus the sales conversation on customer’s business challenges and requirements before proposing a solution.
• Self-motivated, plus outstanding listener and qualifier.
