Job Description

Proven Sales Closer: REMOTE POSITION
We are looking for a talented, hungry, experienced sales hunter and closer to help us scale our business coaching company.
This 1099 role offers both a base and uncapped commission structure so that a strong performer will earn six-figures. This is a long term opportunity to enjoy healthy earnings and make a real difference.
We'll jumpstart you in the role by providing initial leads and even have our inside setting team set some of your weekly sales appointments for you.
At the same time we'll expect you to self-generate (hunt) 50-60% of your leads yourself. We'll empower you with lead generation tools to combine with your own creativity and persistent prospecting activities.

Role Overview:
Your role is to be one of our sales team members responsible for finding and enrolling new coaching program clients. Your responsibilities include:

If you're the person we're really looking for, you must have the following:
? You are a very strong sales hunter and closer. You have a proven track record of generating new business, with your closing primarily over the phone. You must be a very strong phone closer, using a consultative sales approach.
- You have the presence, ability, and experience to effectively sell to business owners with companies in the $1-25 million per year range. You are articulate with a strong phone presence and ability to understand and connect with this audience.
- Previous experience selling intangible solutions such as coaching, business services, or training in the range of $1,500 and $10,000 per month.
- Self-driven and self-motivated. Possesses a hunter mentality and experience generating leads, prospecting and other business development activities. You don't need to be closely managed to spend your day prospecting, closing, and following up. You are driven to make it happen.
- You have an ability and proven track record to effectively prospect and generate new buyer leads. You know how to build a rich pipeline and persistently and effectively work that pipeline to close business over time.
- You are a cultural fit for the company. You believe in what we do -- you get how valuable and transformative business coaching can be. You buy into our mission and feel great about being a part of helping business owners scale their companies and get their lives back.
