Job Description

We are looking for a driven, reliable and results-oriented sales professional to make phone calls to business owners in our service area of Eastern and Southwestern MO and Southern IL. The primary role of this position is to educate owners about the value of BBB Accreditation and quickly and efficiently close and process applications. Top producers make a high volume of calls, provide knowledge to business owners, relay important advantages of BBB accreditation and help to actively foster trust in the marketplace.

Requirements

· Grow BBB Eastern and Southwestern MO and Southern IL market share

· Make at least 150 phone calls per day to business owner or CEO

· Consistently exceed the minimum weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals

· Effective use of BBB database for leads and consistent documentation of contacts in CRM system

· Fully understand and articulate BBB Accreditation advantages to business owners

· Complete all BBB Accreditation application documentation using the online application

· Keep track of all stages of the application process

· Work with internal teams to secure additional company information as needed

· Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the eight BBB Accreditation standards, and the mission/vision of BBB

· Abide by the BBB sales ethics pledge

· Participate in weekly sales meetings and be open to coaching and learning

Qualifications

· Highly-motivated and confident with a can-do attitude

· Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas

· Must be able to close

· Ability to handle sensitive information and documents with confidentiality

· Effective phone presentation

· Customer service, relationship building, and follow-through skills

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

· Commitment to personal integrity and an ethical business marketplace

· Prior B2B sales experience
