Job Description

The Client Consultant is 100% hunter sales role - responsible for reaching out to healthcare facilities to build long lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships. This role will promote J&C products and services to all assigned existing and prospective accounts.
They will be in the Alpharetta office everyday, working in a team based, high energy environment – making a high volume of phone calls and emails. Conducts sales calls to seek the placement of medical providers as independent contractors throughout the country.
Once the Client Consultant builds up a book of business – they will manage and grow their accounts – Taking efforts to ensure that customers are well satisfied with the services and resign for additional services.
This is purely a B2B sales role – this individual will sign on clients and then work with a team of recruiters to source candidates to fill the clients’ open roles.


• 1 to 5 years of inside sales experience.
• Proven success in a fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Stable employment history.

Base Comp. $45,000.00
Total Comp. $70,000.00
