They specialize in providing data and analytics as well as custom development for Fortune500 organizations. They are continuing to grow their team and looking for a talented Sales Leader to join their team. The Head of Customer Success will work with their top clients while also leading a team and creating best practices around upsell and cross sell.

Job Description

• The Head of Customer Success will be a revenue generating position, heavily focused on upselling and cross selling additional services and custom application development with existing clients.
• The Head of Customer Success will be managing a small team of Customer Success Directors and will also be tasked with managing high level clients directly
• The Head of Customer Success will work closely and cross-functionally with product and development teams as well as sales and marketing.


• 4+ Years of selling professional services, custom development, data services, off-shoring, or a similar service-based sell
• 2+ Years of management or team lead experience
• Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to convey technical concepts to sophisticated buyers
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Reporting daily to a Detroit, MI or Los Angeles, CA office; Traveling 50% to key accounts on a National level.
