Job Description

The role of the Team Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the inside sales team. The Team Manager is tasked with making sure the ISR's hit their goals, maintain high energy in the office, and are able to coach the reps under them. 


2-5 years managing a team. Preferably managing BDR's with heavy phone prospecting and cold calling
