Job Description

• The Technical Support Specialist two major areas of focus will be Hardware Configuration and Quoting
• The Technical Support Specialist will be partnering with account executives, running quotes and statements of work to secure and close deals
• The Technical Support Specialist will work with existing accounts to drive revenue through understanding the customer’s needs.
• Develop and Maintain relationships with major OEM partners, resellers and distributors


• 5+ years of experience within a technology (hardware) sales environment
• 2+ years in a quoting or configuration technical support role
• Experience working with both OEM Partners and SLED accounts
• Ability to explain technical features and hardware configurations

Location: Reporting daily to a Framingham, MA office; travel 15% to clients, tradeshows and events.
