Our client has been in the staff augmentation space working with emerging organizations in the bio-tech, pharmaceutical and medical device space on a national level. They provide a unique solution leveraging their team of experts, scientists and clinical professionals to provide their clients with a full range of services. They were recently acquired and looking to continue their sales team growth by adding a Director of Client Services!

Job Description

• The Director of Client Services will manage the Tri-State Territory and will be focused on bringing on net new business.
• The Director of Client Services will partner with clients to provide an understanding of each client’s clinical development goals and specific programs and needs
• The Director of Client Services will work cross functionally with the internal functional experts to provide account support, as well as the career services team to provide the staffing fulfilment

Requirements

• 5+ Years in the Life Sciences Space – (pharma, biotech, or medical device)
• 5+ Years in a client-facing, field sales capacity with a consultative, service-based sales model
• Previous experience with staffing, professional services, or staff augmentation services preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred


Location: Remote/ Work from Home Environment; Must be located in the Greater New Jersey/New York Market and able to travel as needed throughout the Tri-State Area
