Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of business, including new and renewal, for specific territory
• Prospect and find new leads for territory, and progress them through the sales process to close won
• Increase the new business within territory according to new business quota
• Renew existing business within territory to achieve quota, and negotiate agreement with customers as required
• Work in coordination and as a team with the Senior Sales Managers for new and renewal business opportunities.
• Act as Renewal Business Coordinator – working with the Sr. Sales Managers directly with monthly renewals, including preparing and sending renewal / price increase messages and coordinating responses.
• Provides administrative assistance to Sr. Sales Managers, including drafting and formatting presentations, business plans, contracts and RFP’s.
• Provide existing customers with ongoing training and product support via telephone, email, or onsite visit as required
• Utilize Salesforce for all communications, activity, and forecasting
• Act as point of contact for customer queries and respond in a timely manner to their needs and requests.
• To comply with Company policies and procedures
• To carry out any reasonable project work / ad hoc task as requested by line management
• To attend training and development as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1-3 years of BDR/Sales

• Consultative with a tech understanding

• Team player
