Our client is an established software organization with a start-up feel.  They are expected to be over $100M in revenue by 2020 and is seeking a strong Player-Coach to lead a team of direct reports and drive net new revenue.

Job Description

• The Territory Sales Director will manage a team of direct reports while being responsible for a team goal and individual revenue target
• The Territory Sales Director will be responsible for the West Coast territory and will travel 30%-50% annually
• The Territory Sales Director will be assigned a set number of accounts, work to generate new business revenue, and report directly to the Vice President of Sales


• 10+ Years of Software sales experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Reporting daily to a Silicon Valley office; Traveling 30% within the territory
