Business Development Representative - Healthcare SaaS

Company Profile

Our Client is a 25+ year old company in the Document Management Software space. They developed a SaaS platform selling into large healthcare organizations. Their technology is continuously expanding year over year and they are at the forefront of the industry. They are looking for motivated, hunter mind set sales professionals to join the team as the first Business Development Rep and work hand in hand with the CEO to develop a structure inside sales process and help continue their growth. Opportunity to get in on the ground floor and have 1 year track record to an outside sales executive role.

Job Description

• Work hand in hand with the CEO as the first BDR for the company to develop a proven inside sales model.
• The Business Development Rep will develop and maintain daily plans to maximize high volume phone time (80-100 calls per day), including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect types.
• The Business Development Rep will meet quotas including call/contact volume and qualified demo setting.
• The Business Development Rep will take a "value add" approach in their sales approach calling into healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Business Development Rep in a SaaS organization
• Experience selling into large healthcare companies is preferred
• A passion for hunting new business is a MUST
• Bachelor’s Degree required


Location: Reporting daily to a Denver, Co office. Travel about 10% to trade shows throughout the year.
