Job Description

• Negotiate and close new accounts for Key Lime Interactive.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan that successfully achieves business objectives.
• Develop, maintain and operate the budget for the sales division meeting business goals.
• Accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals for the team.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new clients building out a sales pipeline.
• Experience with User Experience, design and professional services a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to staff members at every level of the organization.
• Ability to create and maintain good relationships with current and prospective clients.

Requirements

• 3-15 years of outside, client facing sales
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience selling for an agency would be a big plus
• Experience building and managing a sales team
• Hubspot experience
• Willing to travel
• Commutable distance to Brooklyn, NY
