Job Description

• The Senior Account Executive will be a full quota carrying representative working on deals from demo through close in an inside sales environment.
• The Senior Account Executive will be following up on leads from the sales development team as well as prospecting on their own.
• The Senior Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and maintain activity in SFDC


• 10+ Years of Quota Carrying Experience within a SaaS organization
• 3+ Years of HCM or Talent Management Software preferred
• Ability to articulate a technical solution and work collaboratively and cross functionally within an inside sales organization

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office
