Our client is a profitable start-up in the human resources and employee benefit space, offering a wide variety of benefits, perks and rewards to their clients. They have built established relationships with vendors in a variety of industries, such as travel, sports, health and wellness, beauty and tech and are able to offer various programs to their clientele. They have experienced a tremendous amount of growth and are looking to double the size of their Account Executive team in their Chicago office!

Job Description

• The Account Executive will be focused on net-new business through prospecting, following-up on inbound and BDR sourced leads, and account mapping. Once a new client has been closed the account will transfer to an account management team to ensure employee adoption.
• The Account Executive will be calling into Human Resources and Employee Benefit Managers at Fortune 500 organizations.
• The Account Executive will be expected to work in an inside sales environment with the ability to present demos and close business over the phone.


• 2+ Years of experience in an inside sales, quota-carrying position
• Experience calling into enterprise or Fortune 500 businesses
• Preference for someone that has sold into the human resources space
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with excellent attention to detail

Location: Reporting daily to a Chicago, IL office
