Job Description

• The Director of Inside Sales will be responsible for managing an inside sales team based in both Boston and California that is focused on signing on new small and mid-sized accounts, as well as training and supporting the channel partners.
• The Director of Inside Sales will be focused on coaching, mentoring and creating strategy for both direct and channel sales to support the overall team.
• The Director of Inside Sales will work directly with the Co-Founders and senior leadership team to set quotas, create new sales processes and hire to grow the team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of B2B Sales Experience in an Inside Sales model
• 2+ Years of direct management/leadership experience working with an inside sales team
• Previous Start-Up experience
• Preference for someone coming with direct knowledge and experience within the solar industry
• Bachelor's Degree Required
