They provide a unique marketing platform to give communities added exposure to renters and guaranteed return on investment. They are looking for a talented Regional Account Director in the Southern California market to cover either the Greater Los Angeles or San Diego markets.

Job Description

• The Regional Account Director will maintain daily and weekly activity metrics with a main focus on bringing on new properties and communities to the platform
• The Regional Account Director will be focused on adding 30 new properties/month to the platform through calling on the marketing department, owners/operators and property managers
• The Regional Account Director will be covering a large territory through phone work, demo’s and remote presentations, visiting clients on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• 2+ Years in a full quota carrying B2B sales environment
• Previous experience running demos in a remote sales environment
• Previous experience with Salesforce.com
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred


Location: Remote sales environment, working from a home-office and traveling up to 25% throughout Southern California
