Our East Coast based client is a leader in the audio/visual/lighting industry. For over 30 years, they have sold their products to government, commercial, hospitals, universities, and residential. Their mobile app allows complete control over lighting, audio, heating/cooling settings, and shading. They experienced 15% growth in the Tri-State territory alone, and are due to this growth they are looking for an experienced AV Leader to join their team as a Regional Sales Director.

Job Description

• The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading a remote sales team in the Tri-State Area; This team is made up of direct employees, as well as manufacturers reps.
• The Regional Sales Director must have experience with both direct and channel sales models
• The Regional Sales Director will be coaching and mentoring the sales team as well as responsible for meeting with key clients in the Commercial, Enterprise, Healthcare, and Educational sectors.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Audio/Visual Sales Experience or another similar control-based sales environment
• 5+ Years managing a field sales organization responsible for a multi-million-dollar quota ($25-$100M)
• Salesforce.com Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree is Required


Location: Reporting to the Company’s HQ in New Jersey as needed; Extensive travel throughout the Tri-State Area.
