Job Description

Full-cycle closing role focused on building partnerships with local apartment and condo buildings and getting access agreements signed to bring Starry to their properties.
• Hybrid role; inside and outside of the Arlington office with flexibility to work from home
• Calling on property owners and managers
• Meeting with 10 property owners per week
• Bringing 200 units under contract per month


• 0-3 years of BDR/SDR experience
• Can be recent college grad with no formal Sales experience
• Must be a high-performer with excellent communication skills, IQ, and competitive drive
• Entrepreneurial - started own business or helped with a start up in college, etc.
• B.A. required
• Mission driven

Base Comp. $50,000.00
Total Comp. $75,000.00
